Adwick

Revitalised Homes was brought on board to help with the development of new luxury homes in the borough of Doncaster. We were instrumental in identifying the potential of the site, which was previously an open field and had a history of poor-quality housing. Working closely with the council and other stakeholders we ensured that the new development met the needs of the local community and adhered to the South Yorkshire Design Guide.

 

The final development consisted of 22 high-end houses, including a mix of two and three-bedroom properties. Our team helped to ensure that the properties were built to a high standard and offered spacious gardens and plot areas. The use of materials such as red brick and grey slate tiles helped to minimize the impact on the surrounding area and blend seamlessly with the existing properties.

Kineton

This luxurious collection of four executive homes in the prestigious village of Wellesbourne, boasts a level of opulence that is truly unmatched. Revitalised Homes, known for their expert design and attention to detail, has played a key role in the crafting of each of these homes to the highest standard. The collection comprises of one detached, one linked detached, and two semi-detached homes, each designed with the highest level of luxury in mind. Enjoy the sumptuous finishes and custom-made wardrobes, as well as designer bathrooms and kitchens complete with quartz worktops and high-end appliances. The exterior of the development is just as impressive, boasting sizable private gardens and meticulously landscaped frontages. These homes are truly a collaboration of expertise, design and luxury.

Thimblemill

Revitalized Homes took part in the completion of a new social housing development on the site of a demolished pub in Smethwick, West Midlands. The development includes a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and two and three-bedroom houses, designed to meet local needs and fit well within the site and its context. The highly sustainable site, located close to the local shopping centre and major transportation routes, was ideal for residential units. The design adopts a broadly traditional approach, with a new, modern aesthetic, which will give the area an uplift.

Athelstane

Our team helped develop a luxury housing project on a site off Athelstane street in Intake, Doncaster. The site, previously used for storage lockers, was chosen for its proximity to local amenities and high demand for housing in the area. The project includes seven luxury dwellings, three two-bedroom houses and four two-bedroom bungalows, with ample space for residents to enjoy their surroundings.

Appleby

Revitalised Homes was involved in developing a high-end housing project on Appleby Road in Doncaster. The site, previously used for storage, was chosen for its proximity to amenities and high housing demand. Our team worked with the council and developers to design and plan the project, which includes seven luxury dwellings of three two-bedroom houses and four two-bedroom bungalows. Each property is designed to meet spatial standards for gardens and plot areas. We also ensured that the development blended seamlessly into the community, minimising impact and using materials such as red brick and grey slate tiles that match the local aesthetic.
