Land Required

At Revitalised Homes, we specialise in transforming your property into modern, beautiful homes for the next generation. Our in-house team of Architects and designers work closely with homeowners like you to create custom developments that blend seamlessly into the character of the neighbourhood.

The process of selling your land to Revitalised Homes is easy and tailored to meet your needs. Here's an overview of how it works:

Get in touch

If you're interested in exploring potential development opportunities for your property, please don't hesitate to contact us. We'd be happy to take a look.

2

We'll review your property:

We'll review your property and discuss any potential opportunities or concerns you may have. If neighboring properties are needed, we'll work with you to explore options in a group or individually.

3

We'll agree on a development idea

Once we've identified a potential development opportunity, we'll create a Feasibility Study outlining the proposed development, terms and conditions, and likely timeline for obtaining planning permission.

4

We'll get it all agreed

We'll enter into a legally-binding Option Agreement that outlines the amount we'll pay for your property or land, the time frame for obtaining planning permission and any specific terms and conditions. We'll also pay for a solicitor for you to independently verify the agreement before signing.

5

We'll apply for planning permission

Once the Option Agreement is signed and exchanged, we'll begin the planning application process, covering all costs and responsibilities.

6

We'll pay you and start building

Upon successful planning permission, we'll purchase your property and pay you the agreed amount in full before starting construction. The build period will typically take around 23-28 weeks.

Throughout the process, we're committed to transparent communication and ensuring that all parties are comfortable with the agreements made. Let us know how we can help you with your property development needs.
